Following the reactions of some MTN Subscribers over outage of the service in some part of the country over an hour ago, the tech giant has reacted to the said erratic of its services.
Some subscribers on Saturday took to social media platforms to express their utmost displeasure.
Reacting on Saturday on via its verified Facebook page, it stated that, its staff are looking into the situation and promised to improve on the network coverage.
“Some of our customers are having difficulty connecting to the network today. We’re looking into this and are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.” MTN Nigeria wrote on its Facebook page.
