Some Family Members of the late 12-year-old Student of Dowen College, Sylvester Oromoni Jnr. have converged to celebrate the posthumous birthday of the youngster.
The young boy was reported to have been tortured to death by his senior colleagues, a claim which police have launched investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding his death.
