Insecurity: After Zamfara Donation, Tinubu Donates N50 Million To Niger Government, Visits Babangida

Days after donating N50 millions to victims of banditry in Zamfara, National leader of the All Progressives Congress, and presidential hopeful, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has donated N50 million to the Niger State government to mitigate and address the insecurity ravaging some parts of the state.

Jagaban as fondly called by his political admirers made the donation during a visit to the Government House in Minna where he was received by Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, on Thursday.

Tinubu Support Group disclosed this in a post on Facebook, saying, “Asiwaju in Minna, donates 50 million naira to the state government to support security challenges faced by the state.”

It was gathered that, the much touted kingmaker who is eying the thrown, in the company of Governor Bello, paid a visit to former Head of State, General Ibrahim Babangida, at his residence in the state.

The Punch confirmed the visit to the former head of state from the Head of Media, Tinubu Support Group, Tosin Adeyanju.
