A fast-rising Indigenous media brand, Insight.ng, which officially registered as Insight Elite Media and Publication Ltd., has reiterated its mission to reducing the strain on the Nigerian labour market by empowering over 50,000 Nigerian youth annually for a space of 10 years with different online money-making skills and ventures.
The brand also hopes to boost the Nigerian economy through foreign exchange while bringing hope and fulfilment to individuals.
The media outlet started operations mainly as a blog that creates helpful content on Business, Career, Personal Development, Freelancing and Digital Trends. From there, it expanded its services to include constantly organizing free monthly and annual webinars as well as paid digital courses through its digital academy and internship programs.
According to Taiwo Sotikare, the founder and CEO of the company, Insight.ng is committed to using different avenues to impact as many Nigerians and Africans as possible. “I got the inspiration for this project during my undergraduate at Obafemi Awolowo University, where I converted my writing skills into a money-making tool to survive as an undergraduate at Obafemi Awolowo University where I converted my writing skills into a money-making tool to survive as an undergraduate at Obafemi Awolowo University. I imagined how empowering young Nigerians with excellent digital skills and exposure to the global market could impact their financial life and save them from constantly wondering how to survive. The labour market is already overwhelmed and has shown little or no hope of future realistic job openings for the gross population of Nigeria.
“There are currently 23 million unemployed Nigerians roaming the street with little hope of getting jobs. And many undergraduates are anxious about their future — with little hope of securing a job after graduating. This, unfortunately, adds to poverty, fraud, and underdevelopment in Nigeria and Africa.”
Insight Elite Media and Publication Ltd. creates digital content and products to empower Nigerians with alternative digital skills and expose them to the digital market. The brand achieve this through constantly creating free and paid content on our Blog (insight.ng), webinar (Insightpreneur) and the digital academy.
With high-demand skills, Insight.ng believes Nigerians can leverage the internet and compete effectively in the global marketplace.
